Childbirth Hypnosis

Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis is a complete childbirth education course that teaches medical-grade, somnambulistic hypnosis techniques, imagery and visualization to re-train the subconscious mind in a positive way. This helps create a peaceful, relaxing and more comfortable pregnancy, a calm and confident birth partner and an easier more comfortable and sometimes entirely pain-free natural birthing experience for hypno-moms.

This very successful and comprehensive 6-week, 3-3.5 hours per week course will also arm families with workbooks, hypnosis audio tracks and hypnosis scripts - the complete package leaving students fully prepared.

Topics covered include nutrition, prenatal exercise, staying healthy and low risk, birth plans, comfort in pregnancy, consumer issues (birthing options), newborn care, and more!

Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers — strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength.
